He supports clients in defining their needs and the preliminary design of their projects, leveraging his expertise in technical solutions, construction costs (CAPEX), and the constraints associated with integrating energy storage systems. His role is to help project developers turn their ambitions into high-performing, bankable, and operational assets, whether standalone or combined with photovoltaic installations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EV charging stations).

Sébastien Job, who has been with Sireos as the Electrical works supervisor since 2022, brings over 14 years experience in electrical engineering. His role at Sireos enables him to supervise teams and ensure the quality and safety of photovoltaic worksites. His expertise in the cabling and assembly of PV power plants guarantees the operational excellence of Sireos projects.

Project Manager,

Théo has 8 years' experience in renewable energy project management, encompassing the development and execution of turnkey contracts. He worked for a French developer before joining EPC to work on international hybrid projects. As well as playing a pivotal role in coordinating all project players, Théo will be a key contact for SIREOS clients.

Damien Rouquette is a seasoned professional in the field of quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE), with over 12 years experience at Prométhée Conseil as a prevention officer for major construction and deconstruction projects (thermal power plants, university hospitals, etc.). At SIREOS, he implements the QHSE policy and measures to guarantee regulatory compliance on the safety and environmental aspects of projects.
